Agenda ACCMIP Agenda Logistics

The TF HTAP's next meeting will take place 1-3 February 2012 in Pasadena, California. The meeting will be held in conjunction with a workshop of the AC&C Model Intercomparison Project (ACCMIP), which will take place in the same venue 30 January - 1 February. The two meetings are being hosted by the U.S. EPA with support from NASA/JPL's Center for Climate Sciences and the International Global Atmospheric Chemistry Project . The TF HTAP meeting will focus on refining the draft Work Plan for 2011-2015 , with a goal of identifying specific projects and project leaders who will carry out the work plan moving forward.  

The development of the draft Work Plan has been documented on the HTAP wiki .  It addresses the objectives, policy questions, and research themes identified at the 2011 Arona meeting (ECE.EB.AIR.GE.1.2011.7) .  

Remote Access via Web Conferencing

For the first time, we will broadcast the Pasadena TF HTAP meeting using web conferencing .  If you are not traveling to Pasadena, you will be able to participate remotely via the internet.  

You must first register for the web conference at   During the registration process, you will create a password.  At the the time of the meeting, you can use your email address and the password you created to log in to the meeting at

The presentations from the meeting will be shared live and the audio will be provided via "voice over IP" (i.e., through the speakers and microphone of your computer). Participants will be muted until discussion periods, but can post questions via a written chat feature.  

We will be using Adobe Connect software which only requires that you have an internet connection, a web browser, and Adobe Flash Player version 10.1 or greater (available free).  It supports almost all operating systems and most browsers.
